How can I return my purchase?
We do not accept product returns unless it is defected or incorrect. Pictures of the defected/wrongly delivered goods should be e-mailed to email@example.com within 1-2 days of receiving the goods.
In such case, please contact us at and we will exchange the item (if not, item of same value). Should there be circumstances where we are unable to attend, a refund will be issued to you (buyer).
For refunds, payment made via Stripe FPX will only be refunded in store credit.
Payment made via bank transfer can be refunded in cash via bank transfer to customer's account.
